The kitchen covers an area of 10 m 2 and it is fully equipped with dishes and built-in appliances such as: refrigerator with freezer, microwave oven, electric kettle, hob, oven and dishwasher. There is also a table for 6 people in the kitchen.

The bathroom is furnished in a practical way – with a large shower 120×80 cm, a sink cabinet assembly and a toilet. It also has a hot water tank with a solar system.
